DMCA & Copyright
Last updated: September 2026. GodsSEO respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent notice-and-takedown regimes. If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, follow the process below.
Filing an infringement notice
Email your notice to hello@godsseo.net with the subject line "DMCA Notice". To be actionable, the notice must include all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature as the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the infringing material, including the exact URLs on this site.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email so we can reach you.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
What happens next
Valid notices are reviewed promptly, typically within 5 business days. Material found to infringe is removed or disabled, and where appropriate the contributor is notified. A contributor who believes material was removed in error may submit a counter-notification with the same contact details plus consent to jurisdiction; we restore material 10–14 business days after forwarding a valid counter-notice unless the complainant files court action.
Repeat infringers and misuse
Accounts or contributors subject to repeated valid notices are terminated. Knowingly filing a false notice carries liability, so please verify ownership before writing. For anything else, contact us.
